Compliance agreements are not required to move LBAM host material and related articles within the contiguous quarantine area.

Compliance agreements are required, if you are located within the LBAM quarantine area, and you wish to move LBAM host material and related articles outside of the quarantine area.
Compliance agreements are required, no matter where you are located in Sonoma County, to move LBAM host material and related articles out of state.
Compliance agreements may be required, no matter where you are located in Sonoma County, to move LBAM host material and related articles out of the US.
Material regulated by the compliance agreement includes:
- host material,
- green waste of host material,
- equipment used in the growing, harvesting, hauling and processing of host material.
