Sonoma County Prosecutors Association SCPA Labor Negotiations Summary

The County of Sonoma and SCPA representatives met on March 12th and 27th, 2019 for their sixth and seventh bargaining sessions.  On March 12^th, the parties explored conceptual ideas around their respective equity proposals and reviewed estimated costs associated with those proposals.  On March 27^th, the County submitted a revised medical proposal and provided conceptual ideas for addressing the SCPA’s proposal on call-back pay.  The balance of the session was devoted to discussing the cost implications of the parties’ respective equity proposals. The parties return to the bargaining table on April 11, 2019.
