Charles M. Schulz — Sonoma County Airport announces non-stop service to Ontario on Alaska Airlines
SANTA ROSA, CA | October 27, 2025
Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport today announced that Alaska Airlines will add Ontario, CA, as a non-stop destination from STS.
The popular route will operate daily, with the first flight scheduled for March 18. Alaska Airlines will service Ontario with daily round-trip flights, utilizing their 76-seat Embraer 175 aircraft.
“It’s wonderful to see that Alaska Airlines has decided to add Ontario” said Airport Manager Jon Stout. “It’s such a convenient option for Sonoma County residents heading to the Inland Empire, and a fantastic choice for Alaska’s ninth non-stop destination out of our regional airport.”
“We’re the number one carrier in Santa Rosa-Sonoma – offering twice as many destinations compared to any other airline. We’re excited to keep growing in Santa Rosa-Sonoma with a new daily, year-round flight to Ontario starting this spring – connecting two vibrant regions within California,” said Kirsten Amrine, vice president of revenue management and network planning at Alaska Airlines. “This new route becomes our ninth nonstop destination from Santa Rosa-Sonoma, providing our guests even more options and convenience.”
With the new route, Alaska Airline’s non-stop destinations from the Charles M Schulz – Sonoma County Airport include:
- Ontario, CA
- Palm Springs, CA
- San Diego, CA
