Starting Thursday, 7/25/2019, at 5:00PM, EFS PeopleSoft will be unavailable for fiscal year-end close processing

It is anticipated the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 year-end close process will be initiated by EFS on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at 5:00 PM. During the close process, PeopleSoft will be unavailable to all users until Monday July 29, 2019. Hyperion, Reporting Services and Simpler EFS will remain available during this period.

The Treasury will be unable to accept deposits during the PeopleSoft system unavailability for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 year-end close process.

You will receive an additional notification when the close process has completed and PeopleSoft availability has been restored.
