Anyone living in Sonoma County who is experiencing a mental or emotional crisis can get help in person or over the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

988 Lifeline
A 24/7 crisis and suicide hotline that anyone can call to receive support when experiencing suicidal, mental health or substance-use related crisis. Dial 988 to speak with a crisis counselor.

Mobile Crisis Services
Mobile crisis services bring behavioral health crisis assessment and triage services to all parts of Sonoma County. Open to all residents, regardless of medical insurance coverage.

Crisis Stabilization Unit
The CSU facility is temporarily closed with limited services at 2245 Challenger Way.A short-term facility to help stabilize persons in crisis for up to 23 hours. Open to any resident, regardless of medical insurance coverage.

Crisis Residential
A positive, temporary alternative for Medi-Cal beneficiaries experiencing a mental health crisis who might otherwise require psychiatric hospitalization.

Psychiatric Health Facility
Provides 24-hour inpatient care for Medi-Cal beneficiaries in need of acute mental health treatment.

Hospital Liaison Services
For Medi-Cal patients hospitalized at a psychiatric hospital or the psychiatric health facility, these services help ensure a smooth transition to community-based outpatient services and supports upon discharge.
