This week, crews will continue
filling potholes in their areas as the next round of rain is forecast to arrive
in our area on Wednesday. One Vactor truck will be used in the Sonoma area to
clean culverts and storm drains. Available staff will be running roadside
mowers to open up sight distance complaints.
The Bridge crew will be doing a
guard rail repair early this week along Stony Point Road. All work will be
along the road shoulder and will not affect traffic. Later this week the crew
will be repairing a concrete headwall along Dry Creek Road. The Culvert crew
will continue with rock shoulder and slide repairs along Old Skaggs Springs Road.
Cal Fire crews will be assisting road crews in the
Cotati and Healdsburg areas this week, clearing roadside brush and vegetation.
This work will be today and tomorrow Wednesday along Roblar Road and Woolsey Road.
