Store specimen in the refrigerator (2-8ºC).
Transport specimen to the laboratory on cold pack.
Testing is performed on an as-needed basis.
Reports will be available within 7 days of receiving the specimen.
A titer of 1:64 or greater is considered reactive. HGA and HGE antibodies are known to cross react.
