Section 13.1 - Initial Employment

The Human Resources Director must be notified and approve employment of individuals who will directly or indirectly supervise or be directly or indirectly supervised by a husband, wife, parent, step-parent, brother, sister, child, stepchild, grandchild, grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, or any person with whom there is a relationship in loco parentis.

Section 13.2 - Promotion and Transfer

The Human Resources Director must be notified and approve of promotions and transfers of individuals who then will directly or indirectly supervise or be directly or indirectly supervised by a husband, wife, parent, step-parent, brother, sister, child, stepchild, grandchild, grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, or any person with whom there is a relationship in loco parentis.

Section 13.3 - Other Employment Situations

The Human Resources Director must be notified and approve of employment situations where a marriage results in an employee being directly or indirectly supervised by a husband, wife, parent, step-parent, brother, sister, child, stepchild, grandchild, grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, or any person with whom there is a relationship in loco parentis.
