Western Council of Engineers WCE Labor Negotiations Summary

On August 26, 2019, the County of Sonoma and WCE met for their eighth bargaining session.  The parties have completed exchanging initial proposals, and the parties have reached tentative agreement on three proposals to change the current language in the Memorandum of Understanding.  Both parties provided information at this meeting to clarify and provide additional support for their respective proposals, and the parties outlined strategies to narrow the issues to try to reach a comprehensive resolution.  The parties are scheduled to meet again on September 5, 2019.
