Description:
The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Peer and Family Support Services for our new school-based services program, CAPE (Crisis Assessment, Prevention, and Education).
Pre-Bid Conference:
An optional virtual pre-bid conference will be held online via Zoom on 9/8/25 at 1:00PM to answer questions regarding the RFP specifications and process.
Pre-registration is required.

Questions:
Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses to all consultants. Written answers will be shared with all potential proposers through an addendum on the County’s Supplier Portal and email notification. Questions should be sent via e-mail directly to:

Living Wage:
The living wage rate required under the County’s Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) will increase from $18.10 to $23.15 per hour effective July 1, 2025. The adjustment was adopted by the County’s Board of Supervisors on January 14, 2025, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate.
